We are open from Sunday to Thursday.
Come and discover the story of the Cornish tin and copper mining industry at Geevor Tin Mine. Geevor is set in stunning scenery on the Atlantic coast and was the last mine to work the famous St Just Mining District. Explore the mine buildings at your own pace and take a visit into 18th century Wheal Mexico Mine where men worked 200 years ago.

The stunning Cornish coastline around Pendeen was once at the heart of the Cornish tin and copper mining industry. Geevor Tin Mine gives you the opportunity to visit a real mine and learn what life was like for a Cornish miner.
Put on your hard hat and explore the mine!
Note: For your continued safety on site all hard hats are sterilised before and after use.

Walk through the tunnels of 18th Wheal Mexico Mine made by men and boys who worked in the mine more than 200 years ago. Please note: it is essential that you bring a face covering to wear in the mine.
