Wednesday October 2nd 2024 was a momentous day in the history of Geevor Tin Mine when Pendeen Community Heritage welcomed St Hilary School as the one millionth visitor since it opened as a museum and visitor attraction in 1993. We are proud of our award-winning learning programme, so it is very fitting to celebrate this occasion with the next generation of mining enthusiasts!
